Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Packaging Trainee to assist with packaging operations, product labeling, quality checks, and packaging material handling while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in packaging products according to established procedures.
• Check product labels, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain packaging quality and follow safety guidelines.
• Support packing, sealing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
• Identify and report packaging defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of packaging and production processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic quality inspection and documentation skills.
• Teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices is an advantage.

Eligibility

• ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Candidates willing to work in a production environment are preferred.
