Packaging Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

• Buy against the weekly production plan.
• Raw materials: oils, spices, chillies, vinegar, sugar, fresh produce.
• Packaging: glass jars, PET bottles, caps, labels, cartons.
• Raise purchase orders, with three quotes for larger orders.
• Onboard and assess vendors.
• Collect each vendor's FSSAI licence, COA and specs.
• Receive goods: check quantity, batch, expiry and quality against the PO, and record the GRN the same day.
• Run the stores: issue material on FIFO/FEFO.
• Keep the stock register current.
• Do weekly and monthly physical counts.
• Set reorder levels, and track lead times and vendor performance.
