Develop and implement packaging designs that meet product specifications and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure packaging aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.

Conduct market research to identify packaging trends and innovations that can enhance product appeal and functionality.

Oversee the packaging production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Monitor and analyze packaging performance, making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

Maintain documentation related to packaging specifications, materials, and processes for compliance and quality assurance.

Train and mentor junior packaging staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to source packaging materials and negotiate contracts.

Ensure sustainability practices are integrated into packaging solutions, aligning with company goals and environmental standards.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in packaging development or a similar role.

Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and technologies.

Proficient in design software and tools relevant to packaging design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of sustainability practices in packaging is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
