Job Description:
We are looking for a Packaging Development Executive to support packaging innovation and development for new and existing products. The candidate will work closely with Marketing, R&D, vendors, and production teams to ensure cost-effective, quality-driven packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve packaging for new and existing products.
• Coordinate with vendors for packaging material procurement and quality checks.
• Assist in packaging material selection and cost optimization.
• Prepare packaging specifications (PM specs) and maintain SOPs.
• Ensure packaging quality, compliance, and defect-free execution.
• Research new packaging technologies, materials, and market trends.
• Support packaging innovation and benchmarking activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Packaging Development / relevant field (IIP preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in FMCG/Beauty industry.
• Knowledge of packaging materials such as molding, glass, and flexible packaging.
• Understanding of packaging processes, quality standards, and vendor coordination.
• Open to frequent outstation travel as per business requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
