Packaging Development - Executive/Senior Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop packaging materials for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct stability studies on packaging materials to ensure product integrity.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new packaging solutions.
  
• Ensure effective technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing scale-up.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to packaging material performance during production runs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Packaging Development or a related field (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharma), with specialization in any area.
  
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and current Good Laboratory Practices (cGMP).
  
• Experience working with various types of packaging materials such as glass, plastic, aluminum, etc.
