Packaging Design Intern

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Design Intern to support our design team in developing packaging layouts, artworks, and visual concepts. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in packaging design, print production, and 3D mockups while working closely with category buyers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating packaging designs, layouts, and artworks.
• Support the preparation of dielines and print-ready files.
• Work with category buyers and designers to understand design requirements.
• Adapt existing designs for different SKUs and product categories.
• Conduct market and competitor research to explore packaging trends and visual concepts.
• Coordinate with printers to understand printing specifications and production requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across packaging designs.
• Create 3D packaging mockups for internal presentations and design reviews.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to artwork as required.

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
• Interest in packaging design, graphic design, and print production.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior packaging design experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
