Packaging Design Associate

For over 15 years, weve operated as an extension of our clients’ in-house teams, helping them scale through dedicated creative support, production-ready artwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation / Editing of Die Line
• Creating Mock Up & PDQ
• Utilize retail environment awareness and follow specifications and guidelines.
• Design and manage production of printed packaging.
• Conduct research and develop new concepts or adapt existing designs.
• Execute brand-compliant packaging graphics, ensuring foreign language translations and adding bar codes.
• Pre-flight formatting and quality control checks.
• Create mock-ups for final presentations.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in packaging design, ensuring brand compliance.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & other Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of pre-flight artwork development and printing techniques.
• Good at communication, Project Management, and Team Collaboration.
