About this role
1.To manage Asset Work Bench, Capitalize CIP Asset as per company Standard Accounts Law, Prepare Mass Addition, Post Mass Addition by the end of every month.
2.To enter Post Journals. ,Run financial Reports , GL Trial
Receivables, Payables, Knowledge of GST, AP vs GL Reco. Head wise accounting.
3.Verification Authorization of supplier bills vouchers entered ERP System within 3 days of receipt from Stores.
Passing Employees Bills Medical, LTA, Travelling, Telephone, Toll, Freight, Electricity, Guest Houses, Canteen other service bill Checking as
well as booking of venders Service Bill within 3 days.
4.Preparation of details for Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit for stipulated period.
5.Physical verification of WIPon monthly basis.
6.Releasing payments through Cash book Bank book as per funds allocation on daily basis.
Close Cash Book Bank Book on daily basis.
7.Monthly Expenses booking, TDS Reconciliation, Inter Unit Reconciliation, Vendors Reconciliation, Employees Accounts Recompilation. Expenses Detail, Travelling Detail, Scrap Detail, Salary, and Cont. Salary.
B. Com/M.com/MBA finance with 5+/2+ yrs of experience as a accountant in a reputed industry.
