Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to maintain compatibility while aligning solutions with organizational goals. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged or software as a service applications.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Understanding of system performance optimization and stability maintenance techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
