Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Strong SAP QM functional knowledge and hands-on experience, especially in the Quality Notification area. Experience in handling SAP QM processes and supporting business requirements in Quality Management will be preferred. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to support business processes.
• Experience in integrating SAP Quality Management with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Good understanding of QM standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, or similar quality standards.
• Familiarity with Quality Management methods such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
