Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of application integration using APIs and low-code development environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
• Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to work collaboratively across teams. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
