The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of the daily routine.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with release management and system stability best practices.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
