The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with packaged or software as a service applications.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges in automation processes.
• Knowledge of application release management and version control practices. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
