Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services within packaged applications.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements to ensure stability.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
