Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of daily activities to provide seamless application experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Proficiency in Anaplan.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools to extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to accelerate solution development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Anaplan.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
