Summary: In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role requires managing software releases carefully to maintain system stability and performance. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions are well aligned with organizational needs while preserving compatibility across different system components. Collaboration with multiple teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.

Experience with configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications.

Strong knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.

Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability and performance.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team environment.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
