Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Natural.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.

Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.

Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues effectively.

Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
