As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

Experience with cloud-based data analytics and processing platforms.

Strong understanding of application integration using APIs and low-code development environments.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.

Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
