Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing cloud-based packaged applications to meet business needs.
- Experience working with APIs and integration tools to connect SaaS applications with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to streamline application development and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system performance and stability.
- Excellent understanding of release management and version control in cloud environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
