As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
• Experience with integration design patterns and best practices related to cloud-based application connectivity.
• Strong understanding of API management and development within integration platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to maintain system reliability.
• Familiarity with low-code development environments and their application in enterprise integration solutions.
• Knowledge of data transformation and mapping techniques to support seamless data flow between systems.
