Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Profitability Performance Mgt PaPM.

Experience with application configuration and support.

Strong understanding of APIs and low-code platforms.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Profitability Performance Mgt PaPM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
