Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Experience with integration of third-party tools and APIs within ServiceNow ITOM.
• Ability to utilize low-code platforms for application customization and automation.
• Familiarity with release management and change control procedures.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to ensure system reliability.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
