As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system reliability and user experience.

Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex incidents and minimize downtime.

Experience with application configuration and release management processes.

Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and integrate applications.

Ability to monitor system performance and implement corrective actions promptly.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.

This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
