Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Essbase.
• Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for application customization.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase.
• This position is based at our HC3 - NON-STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
