As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering predictive and intelligent automation solutions, and continuously improving the end-to-end quality control mechanisms to support project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
• Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing models.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation best practices.
