Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. This position requires balancing customization with preserving compatibility and performance, ensuring that the applications continue to meet user expectations and operational standards effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

• Experience with configuring and customizing packaged or Software as a Service applications.
