Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different system components. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and implement effective solutions is a key part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal application functionality.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth application updates.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to maintain application stability.
