Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).

Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.

Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Ability to use low-code platforms for rapid application development and deployment.

Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system functionality.

Understanding of software release management and version control processes.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
