Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Analyst, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different system components. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the work routine.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in packaged applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure system stability.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
