As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, AI for IT operations, High level Architechture
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and web services within ServiceNow.
- Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in packaged applications.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
