- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of configuring financial and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing system releases and ensuring application stability in a packaged or software as a service environment.
- Ability to work with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to financial and controlling processes.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
