Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal service levels.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools for rapid application deployment.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within packaged or SaaS applications.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
