Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address operational challenges and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools that support packaged and software as a service applications.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify defects or areas for improvement.
• Understanding of integration testing and regression testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.
