Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Develop and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

Work on SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, HR, or others as per project needs.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing ABAP programs.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain SmartForms, SAPScripts, and Adobe Forms.

Implement enhancements using User Exits, BADI, BAPI, and Enhancement Framework.

Support SAP upgrades and patching activities.

Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in SAP systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Familiarity with low-code platforms and their integration with existing systems.

Experience in managing software releases and ensuring system stability.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
