As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and implement effective adjustments is a key part of the work routine.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.
• Experience working with application programming interfaces to integrate and extend platform capabilities.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms to efficiently implement business solutions.
• Ability to manage application release cycles and ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
