Summary:

As a ServiceNow BPC, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The role requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records of system modifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within SaaS environments.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools to extend application capabilities.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms to streamline solution delivery.
• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
