Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different stakeholders to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Allocation & Replenishment.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
• Strong understanding of configuring and customizing packaged or cloud-based applications.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system stability.
• Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BlueYonder Allocation & Replenishment.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
