Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Experience with integration of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery with other IT service management tools.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques to ensure application stability.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
