Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience in customizing and extending applications using low-code development platforms.
• Familiarity with integrating applications through APIs and managing data flows.

• Understanding of software release management and version control processes.
