In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. The role requires working with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and troubleshoot issues is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
