Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.

Experience with integration of ITOM tools using APIs and scripting.

Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.

Familiarity with release management and change control procedures within packaged applications.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to ensure system stability.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
