The engineer works closely with various teams to maintain compatibility and performance, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of the applications are essential to provide seamless user experiences and support business operations efficiently.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.
• Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to extend functionality.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with release management and system stability best practices.
