This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement solutions using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across environments. Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of applications are integral to sustaining optimal functionality throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Experience with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability.
• Knowledge of cloud-based application environments and deployment practices. Additional Information:
