Summary: As a Salesforce Manager, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.

Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with API integrations and data management within Salesforce.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
