As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to customize solutions while maintaining compatibility across different environments. • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to utilize low-code platforms and tools to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
