Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and utilizing a variety of standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. This position requires continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across different environments. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go Programming Language.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and release processes.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
