As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Strong understanding of software as a service application architecture and deployment models.

Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.

Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in customizing packaged software.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
