As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to customize solutions while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of application configuration and release management processes.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software deployment and integration techniques.
