Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to adapt and enhance application functionality is a key aspect of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application processes.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
