Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability to provide uninterrupted service. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across the system landscape. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of application release management and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to utilize low-code/no-code platforms for rapid application development and automation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure system stability.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
